What do I like about CrossFit?

The training results I've seen athletes achieve through CrossFit is the primary reason I'm so passionate about it. It's amazing to watch what athletes can accomplish through hard work, self-discipline, and the support of a an amazing community.

What do I like about CrossFit?

I love how CrossFit will challenge you not only physically, but mentally as well. There is no better feeling than performing your first double under, pull-up, or setting a new PR on a dead-lift. It can be one of the most gratifying feelings watching an athlete transform their lives through fitness. I believe athletes discover self-confidence and support that commercial gyms do not offer. The CrossFit community is like no other, people will claim the box as their home away from home. CrossFit sets up an atmosphere for success.

I like Crossfit for the challenge of learing all the different movements, and because of the constantly varied workouts so things don't get boring.

What do I like about CrossFit?

I love being a part of helping people improve their quality of life though increased fittness, movement quality, and confidence. It's awesome to see the change in people when they begin doing things they never thought were possible. I also love the focus on performance goals and the supportive community that CrossFit provides.

  • I love the competition aspect of CrossFit. The supportive atmosphere, that the CrossFit community is know for; allows all athletes to accomplis goals they never thought they were capable of. I love that CrossFit's specialty is not specializing but instead preparing everyone for any physical task that life throws at them. Most importantly, I love that CrossFit supports a positive and active lifestyle.  that can be achieved by anyone willing to put in the work.

What do I like about CrossFit?

The mental and physical tests involved in the sport. The variety of athletes with different ages and abilities pushing through and working toward a specific goal.

What do I like about CrossFit?

The thing I like most about CrossFit is that it improves all aspects of a persons fitness. Endurance, quickness, strength, mobility, mental toughness, and confidence. It is great to see athletes that came in thinking "oh I could never do xxxx" over time break through those limitations they put on themselves. I love CrossFit is a sport that doesn't have limitations...various ages and athletic levels can enjoy workouts together.The mental and physical tests involved in the sport.

What do I like about CrossFit?

I like the sport aspect of CrossFit, the competition and camaraderie makes it fun. It's almost as if everyone at the gym has the same goal knowing that everybody is there for a different reason. I enjoy/hate that CrossFit makes me do things I'm not good at and compels me to get better at those things.

What do I like about CrossFit?

I love the competitive and mental nature of Crossfit and how every day is a new challenge. Crossfit has taught me a lot about myself and fitness, but has also carried over into many aspects of my daily life.  Nothing else can bring groups of people from different backgrounds together to form such a strong community with lasting relationships. The feeling of hitting a new PR or learning a new skill is addictive, but watching other athletes improve their fitness and hit new PR's is even more satisfying. I look forward to walking into the box every single day.
