Foundations is designed for all levels of fitness. If you are just getting back into the gym or are just looking for something new you've come to the right place. All our new members are required to complete this 7 session foundations course prior to joining our regular group classes. Why do you need to go through a Foundations Course? Foundations is skill development, to ensure your safety and success, and designed to prepare you to enter our ongoing group classes.   1. Short warm-up

  2. Past Skill Review: improving skills learned from previous sessions

  3. Techniques to improve flexibility

  4. New Skill Training: each session you’ll learn a new skill

  5. A workout encompassing the new skills learned that day

  • Unlimited CrossFit classes with certified coaching

  • Prime Membership to Bob's Gym

  • Childcare is available for an additional $19/month
