Burgener Warm up for Clean from mid-shin

Strength:

EMOM for 6 min:

3x T&G Power Clean

**Beginning at a light weight, athletes will work up to a moderate weight touch & go Power Clean. Athletes will work on properly cycling the clean: chest up / butt back and either lightly brushing the hip or going straight to the ground.

WOD:

“The Chief”

5 Rounds - 3 min AMRAP:

3 Power Cleans @ 55-65%

6 Push ups

9 Air Squats

**Rest 1 min between rounds**

HALLOWEEN WOD - 6:00pm

Bring a snack to share and wear your costumes.

No Costume...100 burpee penalty
