Burgener Warm up for Snatch + Complex Review

Strength:

EMOM x9:

2x High Hang Snatch @ 2-3” mark + 1x Hang Snatch @ just above knee

**Beginning at 30-40%, athletes will build up to a moderate to challenging weight focusing on position and technique. No misses! If a miss occurs, athletes will de-load 10-15# and complete the emom.
