5x12 (6R/L) - Single-Arm Dumbbell Hang Clean and Jerks @ moderate weight
**These will be performed w/ the same standards as Open WOD 18.1, athletes will clean a single dumbbell to the shoulder then press, push press, or jerk the DB fully overhead. Athletes may then lower down to the shoulder or straight between the legs or to the side. They may set the dumbbell down to transition or switch hands below the top of the head.
**Working Weight / Training Max is 95% of 1RM. Recent On-Ramp grads should be working off a conservative 3 rep weight where form is near PERFECT.
