1x Squat Snatch + 4x Overhead Squats

**Beginning at approx 40-50%, athletes will gradually work up to a challenging weight for this complex. Scaled athletes should work at a light to moderate weight throughout focusing on good position and technique. For athletes with mobility issues or difficulties overhead, this may be scaled down to very light weight for OHS w/ a butt ball / box target or front squat / HB back squat.
