Burgener Warm up for Snatch + Complex Review

Strength:

EMOM x9:

2x- [1x Halting Snatch Deadlift @ 3 sec just above knee + 1x Low Hang Power Snatch]

**Beginning at a light to moderate weight (20-30%), athletes will build to a moderately challenging load for this complex focusing on technique and good position (staying over the bar). They will perform a single Halting Snatch Deadlift pausing just above the knee for approx 3 sec directly into a Low Hang Power Snatch from this same position. Athletes will perform 2x complexes each 1 min round, resetting off the floor after the first complex is complete. If athletes are rushing the pause or unable to go directly into the lower hang power snatch from the top of the knee, the weight is too heavy.
