Burgener Warm up for Power Snatch + OHS & Complex Review

Strength:

EMOM x9:

2x Power Snatch into Overhead Squat (Power Snatch + Pause in Receiving/Catch Position + Overhead Squat)

**Athletes will perform a Power Snatch, Pause for 2-3 sec in the Receiving/Catch Position, then move directly into a OHS prior to standing. Athletes will perform 2x complexes each minute gradually working up to a moderately challenging weight for this complex. Scaled athletes should work at a light to moderate weight throughout focusing on good position and technique.
