Burgener Warm up for Snatch + Complex Review

Strength:

EMOM x9:

3x High Hang Power Snatch + 2x Low Hang Power Snatch

**Starting at a light weight (20-30%), athletes will build to a challenging weight for this complex. The first snatch will be from the Power Position (2-3” dip w/ vertical torso) followed by 2x Low Hang Power Snatches (from the top of the knee). Recent Foundations / On-Ramp grads should stay light and focus on maintaining good technique and position.
