Min 3: 12 Heavy Wall Balls @30/20 / 12-15 UB Reps

Min 4: 5x Burpee Pull-ups / Burpee Jumping Pull-up

Min 5: 10 GHD Hip Extensions

Min 6: 15 Heavy Wall Balls

Round 3:

min 7: 5x Burpee Pull-ups / Burpee Jumping Pull-up

min 9: 18 Heavy Wall Balls and so on adding +3 Wall Balls each round
