Skill:

Warm up:

2 min Run / Row / Bike / Jump Rope

Then 2 Rounds:

10 Pass Throughs w/ PVC/Belt/Shirt, etc

14 Step-ups w/ Box or other stable object (24/20ish)

5 Ground to Overhead w/ Plate / Wall Ball / Odd Object

Skill:

3x10 (5R/L) 1-Arm Dumbbell / Kettlebell Bent Over Row

**Athletes will hinge over at the hip approx 60-70 degrees and with a flat back perform 5 1-Arm DB/KB bent over rows with each arm. The athlete’s body should remain stable and these should be performed as strictly as possible. Athletes may use a bench or another object to lean over if needed.

15 min AMRAP:

10 (5R/L) 1-Arm Dumbbell / Kettlebell Bent Over Row

12 Ground to Overhead w/ Plate / Wall Ball / Odd Object

14 Box Step-ups (24/20ish)
