2x - Rope Climb ½ Rope Climb / 1x Lower + Raise
1-1-1 then 3 attempts to find a new 1 RM Deadlift
First attempt should be a weight the athlete knows they can get
Second attempt should be a PR match or just above a PR
Final attempt is a bonus attempt and can be a PR+ attempt or deload set.
Scaled Option (recent foundations grads, etc)
Build to a challenging 3-rep deadlift weight where form consistent and near perfect.
Deadlift @40-50% / 8-10 UB Reps (185/125)
