Burgener Warm up for Snatch + Complex Review


Strength:

EMOM x9:

1x Power Snatch + 2x Lower Hang Power Snatch @top of knee

**Beginning at a light to moderate weight (30-40%), athletes will build up to a heavy Power Snatch complex. Athletes will perform 1x power snatch from the floor followed by 2x hang power snatches from the top of the knee. Athletes still developing this movement may work from the hang position and should stay at lighter bar loads focusing on technique and maintaining good posting.
