Working Weight / Training Max @100% 3RM or 90-95% of 1RM. Recent Foundations grads should be working off a conservative 3 rep weight where form is near PERFECT.
For Time, partition/divide reps any way:
90 Wall Balls (20/14)
45 Alt. Dumbbell Box Step-ups (50/35)
15 Wall Walks / Wall Walk variation
**Movements can be performed in any order and reps can be divided in any sequence or combination**
90sec AMRAP x 5 rounds
5 Deadlifts @ 60%ww
Max Meter Ski
Rest 90sec b/t rds
