Skill:

4x18 (9R/L) 1 arm russian KBS @ moderate to challenging weight


Strength:

5x 100 FT (50FT R/L) KB front rack carey + KB OH Carry @ moderate to challenging weight.

**Athletes will double clean 2 KB's into a solid front rack position, press 1 KB Overhead while maintaining the other in a good rack position. They will then walk 50 FT down the length of the rig, switch sides, and walk 50 FT back.
