EMOM x9 - Squat Clean Cmplx

1x Squat Clean + 2x Front Squats

**Beginning at a light to moderate weight (30-40%), athletes will build up to a challenging complex weight. Athletes still developing these movements should stay at lighter bar loads focusing on technique and maintaining good position.

WOD:

400m Run (Scaling: 1/.8 Km / .6/.5 Mile Bike)

9 Front Squats @40-50% / 1-2 UB Rds (135/95)


Accessory Work:

Every 2 min x 5 sets (10 min)

4-6 Bench Press @ 70%
