Handstand Push-up Progression


Strength:

KB Front Rack Carry + KB OH Carry Review then:

KB Front Rack Carry + KB OH Carry @ moderate to challenging weight.

**Athletes will double clean 2 KB's into a solid front rack position, press 1 KB Overhead while maintaining the other in a good rack position. They will then walk 50 FT down the length of the rig, switch sides, and walk 50 FT back.


WOD:

3 min AMRAP x5 Rounds

9 American KBS (53/35)

6 Toes to Bar / Scaled variation

3 STRICT HSPU / Kipping HSPU / Box HSPU / HSPU variation
